Vision Statement
Comprehensive Geriatric Care is a group of geriatric physicians and other health care providers who work together to provide health care to and develop programs for older adults in our offices, homes, hospitals, and nursing homes. An integrated team of medical providers who have a common vision about the quality of care will deliver the highest standard of comprehensive medical care.

Understanding that the process of aging is not the same in all persons and that health care needs for people within a community will be different. Some older adults continue to have excellent health and independent functioning and therefore warrant focus on health maintenance and health care planning. Other older adults have a variety of interacting medical conditions, are dependent on others to meet their needs in daily activities, and require frequent evaluation of medical and psychiatric symptoms, coordination of medications,timely specialty consultations and palliative goals of care.

Our programs and health care providers will focus on providing health care which has the ability to meet the needs of the full spectrum of goals of health care which result from aging.
